It's the year 1976, and things in the Wizarding World aren't stable. Murders, kidnappings and disappearances have been covering the front pages of the Daily Prophet and even papers in muggle London. Gellert Grindelwald is rising to great power, gathering followers, while Dumbledore leads the side of Light. Inside the walls of Hogwarts, students are just as vulnerable. Slytherins can be caught discussing their father's new dark leader, students sent home after tragic family deaths and houses divided by ignorance. However, a current student is busy planning a take over of his own with his Knights of Walpurgis. Some of those who are plagued by Dark families may have the chance to rebel. Along with the deaths, love has spread across the castle. It is the one single word that the headmaster has used to ensure the students have some hope. Also, the word has been something that has blossomed across the castle. The older students of Hogwarts have been finding themselves perhaps that perfect girl or guy of their dreams. Someone that they can lean on during these hard times in their world. However, with love comes conflict as always when it involves the older generation of teenagers. The conflicts that come with love may drive away some of them from ever wanting to deal with love in general. This is the case of one student in the castle that has dealt with much hardships in his life. Another word to describe the year, is fallouts happen. Falling out between friends tends to happen, but what happens when your heart believes them to be more than friends? This is what we call undying chemistry.
