The end or the beginning?

So, the gorgeous man up there is none other than Jensen Ackles. He will be Peyton's final.

The name is up to the taker. However, his age is between 25 to 27 and he is a local. The history is completely up to the taker as well.

A little about his personality: He loves to party and sleep around. He isn't into the whole celebrity thing and thinks all the famous people living in Hollywood are nothing but stuck-up, little rich kids. Everything else is up to the taker.

A little about the plot: Depending on what this character does for a living, someone they are going to run into each other and immediately have a mutual attraction. This will lead to the developing a FWB type relationship that evolves into something more. Obviously, there will be more to this, but that is the basics.

Whoever takes this, however, can totally pitch other ideas as well. The PB must stay the same though. I mean, seriously, look at how cute they are together:
